Contact List

The contact list in AShopMail uses the email address as a unique identifier for each contact. When a message from a new contact is replied and/or saved, the new contact is added to the contact list.

Existing contacts can be found in several ways. The Find page has tools to lookup contacts alphabetically, search by name, search by email address, and search by phone number. A search with partial spelling of the name or email address will either return a list of possible matches to select from or go directly to the contact's profile if there is only one match.

Contacts may be added manually and also may be imported from vCards.

Each contact has a profile and a history.

The history includes incoming and outgoing messages relating to the contact. Comments may be also added.
